Mrble Terms of Service

Effective date: October 7th, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mrble Intelligence, Inc. (“Mrble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover Sharpana (also offered as Boilit), Zairai, and any other app, website, or service of ours that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must also agree (see Section 2.1). If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

IMPORTANT: SECTION 15 REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES WITH US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. YOU CAN OPT OUT UNDER SECTION 15.9. SECTIONS 12 AND 13 LIMIT OUR LIABILITY.

1. Using the Services

1.1 Product terms. Section 7 adds terms for specific products. Those terms apply only when you use that product.

1.2 Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

1.3 Organizations. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.

1.4 Changes to the Services. We may add, change, or remove any feature, AI model, provider, supported source, usage limit, or price, and may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, at any time. We'll give notice of changes to paid plans where the law or the app store requires it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Age and minors. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required where you live, to use the Services, and the Services aren't directed to children under 13. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms. Some products or features may have a higher minimum age, extra protections, or limits for minors, which may vary by location.

A parent or guardian accepts these Terms, including Section 15, for themselves and for the minor, to the extent the law allows, by letting the minor use the Services, paying for them, or approving the minor's download or purchases through an app store. By using the Services, a minor confirms that a parent or guardian has accepted these Terms. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor's use, including the content the minor submits and any purchases, and in these Terms “you” includes both.

If the law limits our ability to enforce these Terms against a minor, or a minor disaffirms them, the parent or guardian remains bound and we may end the minor's access.

By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm you meet these age requirements. We may verify or estimate age using information you give us, information from app stores or operating systems, or other methods, and may require proof of parental permission. If we learn a user is under 13, we'll close the account and delete their information.

2.2 Location. The Services aren't offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. You may not create an account or use the Services while located there, and you confirm you aren't. We may restrict access from any location.

2.3 Sanctions and export. You confirm you aren't located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country. You also confirm you aren't on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, and you'll follow U.S. export laws when using the Services.

2.4 Your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Keep your login secure and don't share your account; you're responsible for all activity under it. Tell us right away at support@mrble.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. AI Outputs

3.1 What Outputs are. The Services use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, lessons, explanations, feedback, and other content (“Outputs”) from what you submit or request. You're interacting with AI, not a person.

3.2 Outputs can be wrong. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or offensive, and may misstate what a source says or means. Check anything important against the original source or a qualified professional before relying on it.

3.3 Your responsibility. Outputs aren't legal, medical, mental health, financial, academic, or other professional advice. You're responsible for how you use Outputs and for any decision based on them. Outputs may be similar or identical to what other users receive.

3.4 Reporting. You can report Outputs you think are harmful, offensive, or inaccurate in the app, where available, or by emailing support@mrble.ai. We decide what action, if any, to take.

4. Your Content

4.1 Your Content. You may submit text, files, links, prompts, and other materials (“Your Content”). You keep whatever rights you have in it. When you submit a link or file, you're directing us to access and process that content on your behalf.

4.2 License to us. You grant Mrble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license, sublicensable to our service providers, to host, store, copy, process, transmit, adapt, display, and otherwise use Your Content and Outputs. We use this license to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, and develop the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms, for as long as we reasonably need it for those purposes.

4.3 Model training. We may use Your Content and Outputs to train and improve AI models used only in Mrble's Services, except content from users we know are under 18. You can opt out anytime by emailing privacy@mrble.ai or through any setting we provide; opting out covers content you submit afterward and doesn't affect models already trained. We won't use Your Content or Outputs submitted before October 7th, 2026 for training, and we may use de-identified or aggregated data for any purpose.

4.4 Your responsibilities. You're responsible for Your Content. You confirm you're legally allowed to access and submit it and to have us process it as you direct, and that doing so doesn't violate any law or anyone's rights. Don't submit confidential information or other people's personal information unless you're allowed to.

4.5 Using Outputs. Subject to these Terms, you may use Outputs for your personal or internal business purposes. Outputs don't give you any rights in the third-party content they're based on. Don't publish or distribute Outputs in a way that infringes anyone's rights or suggests they come from, or are endorsed by, the original creator.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

  • break any law or violate anyone's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights;
  • submit or generate content that is illegal, harassing, or hateful, that sexualizes minors, or that exploits or harms anyone;
  • republish, sell, or distribute third-party content, or Outputs based on it, without the necessary rights;
  • access the Services with bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means, or bulk-download or systematically extract content or Outputs, except through features we provide for that purpose;
  • get around usage limits, Credits, paywalls, rate limits, security measures, or other restrictions, or exploit bugs;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, models, prompts, or data from the Services, except to the extent the law permits despite this restriction;
  • try to manipulate the AI, for example through jailbreaks or prompt injection, to bypass safeguards or produce prohibited content;
  • use the Services or Outputs to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or AI model;
  • resell, sublicense, or share access to the Services, or share, sell, or transfer accounts;
  • abuse free trials, promotions, Credits, or refunds, including by creating multiple accounts;
  • interfere with, overload, or probe the Services for vulnerabilities without our written permission; or
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or age.

We decide in our sole discretion whether conduct violates this Section. We may respond in any way we consider appropriate, including by removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating accounts.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

6.1 Payment. Some features require payment. Prices, billing periods, Credit amounts, and plan benefits and limits are shown at purchase. You authorize us, our payment processors, or the app store you buy through to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must approve purchases and is responsible for all charges, and purchases made directly from us, outside an app store, must be made by the parent or guardian.

6.2 Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

6.3 How to cancel. Cancel where you subscribed: in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or in your account settings for purchases made directly from us. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel an app store subscription.

6.4 Free trials. A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends, and you'll be charged unless you cancel before then. Trials are limited to one per person, and we may change or end trial offers at any time.

6.5 Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A new subscription price applies from your next renewal after any notice required by law or app store rules; if you don't agree, cancel before it takes effect.

6.6 Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused Credits, except as required by law or Section 11.4. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores, under their own policies.

6.7 Reversed payments. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may remove the Credits, subscription access, or other benefits it paid for. We may also suspend your account until any amount owed is paid.

6.8 Credits. Credits are a limited, revocable license to use certain features, not property, currency, or stored value. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except where the law requires. We set how many Credits each feature uses and may change that for future use.

Purchased Credits don't expire; promotional Credits expire as stated when granted. Unused Credits are forfeited when your account is deleted or terminated, except under Section 11.4.

6.9 Unlimited plans. A plan described as “unlimited” covers ordinary personal use by one person. It's subject to any fair-use limits shown at purchase or in the app and to technical limits we use to protect the Services, and it doesn't cover automated, bulk, shared, or commercial-scale use. If your use exceeds these limits, we may throttle, restrict, or suspend it.

7. Product-Specific Terms

7.1 Sharpana (also offered as Boilit)

Third-party content. Sharpana summarizes content you submit or link to, and gives you no rights in that content. Summaries are AI interpretations. They aren't created, reviewed, or endorsed by the content's creators or the sites that host it, and we aren't affiliated with them.

Supported sources. Which sources, sites, and formats work with Sharpana may change at any time. We may stop supporting any of them without notice.

Shared summaries. We may store summaries of publicly available content and show them to other users. We don't show other users content you upload privately or the Outputs generated from it.

7.2 Zairai

Learning aid only. Zairai provides AI-generated lessons, practice, explanations, and coaching. It isn't a teacher, tutor, counselor, therapist, or other professional. We don't guarantee any grade, test score, admission, certification, job, or other result.

Minors. Zairai may not be suitable for some minors. For users under 18, we may apply extra protections, such as limits on session length, daily use, memory, notifications, or topics, and may offer parental controls. We may also make Zairai, or some of its features, unavailable to minors in some locations.

Not for emergencies. Zairai isn't designed for crises. If you might harm yourself or someone else, or you're in danger, contact local emergency services; in the U.S., you can call or text 988. If we believe a user may be at risk of serious harm, we may share relevant information with emergency services or, for a minor, a parent or guardian.

Academic integrity. You're responsible for following the rules of your school, employer, or testing body on using AI.

Sensitive information. Don't share health information, government ID numbers, financial account details, or similar sensitive information with Zairai.

Organizations. Zairai is offered to individuals for personal learning, not on behalf of any school. Schools, employers, and other organizations may not provide it to their students or staff without a separate written agreement with us.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, content, platforms, payment processors, and AI providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms, which you're responsible for following, and we may stop supporting any of them at any time.

9. Our Intellectual Property and Feedback

9.1 Ownership. Mrble and its licensors own the Services, including the software, designs, and content we provide, and the Mrble, Sharpana, Boilit, and Zairai names and logos. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission.

9.2 Your license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

9.3 Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use them for any purpose without restriction or payment to you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to do so.

10. Copyright Complaints

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Mrble Intelligence, Inc., 2300 George Dieter Dr Unit 519, El Paso, TX 79936, United States; phone [insert phone number]; email dmca@mrble.ai.

Notices must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

11. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

11.1 Deleting your account. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing support@mrble.ai. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an app store subscription (see Section 6.3). We handle your personal information after deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Our rights. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services, at any time and with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, a payment fails, we can't confirm your age or a required parental permission, or the law requires it. We may also terminate your account for any other reason, subject to Section 11.4.

11.3 Effect. When your access ends, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your account, Your Content, and Outputs. Except under Section 11.4 or where the law requires, no refund is owed and unused Credits and subscription time are forfeited. Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including Sections 4, 6.7, 9, 11.3, 11.4, and 12 through 19.

11.4 Refunds if we end things without cause. If we terminate your account, or discontinue a paid Service, for a reason other than your breach of these Terms or misuse, we'll refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees you paid directly to us. For app store purchases, request a refund from Apple or Google.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRBLE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (THE “MRBLE PARTIES”) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

THE MRBLE PARTIES DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE, THAT ANY SOURCE OR FEATURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED. YOU USE THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

SAFETY FEATURES, SUCH AS CONTENT FILTERS, CRISIS RESPONSES, AGE CHECKS, AND PARENTAL CONTROLS, MAY NOT WORK IN EVERY CASE. THE MRBLE PARTIES DON'T PROMISE THAT THEY WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT, CONDUCT, OR HARM, AND HAVE NO DUTY TO MONITOR YOUR USE OR CONVERSATIONS UNLESS THE LAW REQUIRES IT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  1. THE MRBLE PARTIES WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, OUTPUTS, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
  2. THE MRBLE PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, OUTPUTS, OR THESE TERMS WON'T EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT MRBLE ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  3. THESE LIMITS APPLY TO EVERY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT CASE, THE MRBLE PARTIES' LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

Deadline for claims. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one year after it arises, or it's permanently barred.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you'll defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Mrble Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Services or Outputs; or (c) your violation of these Terms, any law, or anyone's rights.

We may control the defense of any such claim at your expense, and you'll cooperate with us. You may not settle any claim that affects a Mrble Party without our written consent.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES AND LIMITS HOW YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.

15.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, the party with a dispute must send the other a written notice describing it and the relief sought. Notices to Mrble go to legal@mrble.ai and our mailing address in Section 20; notices to you go to your account email. Your notice must include your account email and be personally signed by you, not only by a lawyer.

For 60 days after a notice is received, both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute, and either party may request an individual settlement call by phone or video that you must personally attend (your lawyer may join). Neither party may start arbitration or a lawsuit until those 60 days pass, and limitation periods and filing deadlines are paused in the meantime. This Section 15.1 doesn't apply to claims under Section 15.3(b).

15.2 Agreement to arbitrate. Except as stated in Section 15.3, you and Mrble agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, Outputs, any purchase, or your relationship with Mrble (each, a “Dispute”) through final and binding individual arbitration. This includes Disputes that arose before you accepted these Terms and Disputes involving any Mrble Party. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 15.

15.3 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies and stays there, and (b) seek an injunction in court to stop unauthorized access to or use of the Services, including any violation of Section 5.

15.4 Class action and jury trial waiver. YOU AND MRBLE MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. CLASS ARBITRATION IS NOT PERMITTED. YOU AND MRBLE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual claimant and only as needed to resolve that claimant's own claim.

15.5 Procedure. The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) will administer the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and any rules it applies to mass filings, as modified by these Terms. If the AAA can't or won't administer it, the parties will agree on another provider, or a court will appoint one. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live.

Fees are paid as the AAA's rules provide, but the arbitrator may make a party pay fees and costs for a claim or defense found to be frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. The award is final, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

15.6 Who decides. The arbitrator decides all issues about a Dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this Section 15. A court, however, decides whether Sections 15.3, 15.4, and 15.8 apply or are enforceable, whether Sections 15.1 and 15.7 have been followed, and any question about an opt-out under Section 15.9.

15.7 Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands are filed against Mrble by, or with help from, the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations (a “Mass Filing”), these steps apply in addition to any AAA mass-filing rules:

  1. Claimants' counsel and Mrble each pick 10 demands to proceed first as individual arbitrations. The other demands may not be filed or administered, and no fees are owed on them, until those 20 are resolved.
  2. The parties then mediate the remaining demands in good faith for at least 60 days, with Mrble paying the mediator.
  3. Demands still unresolved proceed in batches of up to 100. Each batch goes to one arbitrator, who decides each demand individually; batches may run at the same time, with fees charged per batch where the AAA permits.
  4. Results of earlier arbitrations don't bind later claimants. Limitation periods are paused for each demand in a Mass Filing until it's allowed to proceed.

A court may enforce this Section 15.7, including by pausing filings or fees that don't follow it.

15.8 Severed claims. If a court decides that the class action waiver can't be enforced for a claim, or that a claim for public injunctive relief can't be waived, that claim will be severed and decided in court, not in arbitration. The court case will be paused until the arbitrable claims are resolved, and the rest of this Section 15 stays in effect.

15.9 Opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@mrble.ai from your account email within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Include your name and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Each opt-out must come from the individual user; group or mass opt-outs aren't valid. Opting out doesn't affect the rest of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Except for small claims cases, any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you and Mrble consent to their personal jurisdiction. This Section doesn't remove any consumer protection that the law of your home state says can't be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll give you reasonable advance notice of material changes, for example by email or in the app, and we may ask you to accept updated Terms to keep using the Services. Changes that aren't material, or that the law requires, may take effect when posted.

If you keep using the Services after updated Terms take effect, you accept them; if you don't agree, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription. Updates apply going forward only, except for Section 15. The latest version of Section 15 governs every Dispute, unless a notice under Section 15.1 was sent, or a claim was filed, before the update took effect; that Dispute stays under the earlier version.

18. App Store Terms

18.1 Apple. If you downloaded one of our apps from Apple's App Store:

  1. These Terms are between you and Mrble only, not Apple, and Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content.
  2. Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use it.
  3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  4. Mrble, not Apple, is responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app's purchase price to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and as between Mrble and Apple, any other losses or costs from a failure to conform to a warranty are Mrble's responsibility.
  5. Mrble, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your use of it. These include product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
  6. If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes its intellectual property rights, Mrble, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
  7. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
  8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Send questions, complaints, or claims about the app to us using the details in Section 20.

18.2 Google Play. If you downloaded one of our apps from Google Play, Google isn't responsible for it, and your use of Google Play is subject to Google's own terms and policies.

19. General Terms

19.1 Entire agreement and precedence. These Terms, including Section 7 and the plan details shown when you buy something, are the entire agreement between you and Mrble about the Services and replace any earlier agreements on that subject. If they conflict, plan details shown at purchase control price, billing, and plan limits, and Section 7 controls for its product. Sections 12 through 16 always control.

19.2 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

19.3 Severability and waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of these Terms stays in effect, subject to Section 15.8. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver.

19.4 Notices. You agree to receive notices from us electronically, by email to your account address, in the app, or on our website. Electronic notices count as written notice and are effective when sent or posted, so keep your email address current.

19.5 Third-party beneficiaries. The Mrble Parties are third-party beneficiaries of Sections 12 through 16, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries as described in Section 18.1. These Terms create no other third-party rights.

19.6 Events beyond our control. We aren't liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include outages or actions of internet, hosting, platform, or AI providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, and government action.

19.7 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation.” No provision will be interpreted against Mrble because Mrble drafted it.
