This Privacy Policy explains how Mrble Intelligence, Inc. (“Mrble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through Sharpana (also called Boilit), our AI content summarization app; Zairai, our AI learning app; and our websites and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information from other sources.
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password or sign-in details (including through Apple or Google sign-in), and information confirming your age.
- Content: links you submit, files and text you upload, and your prompts, messages, and conversations with our AI features, along with notes, goals, answers, and feedback.
- Learning information (Zairai): learning goals and preferences, lessons, quiz and exercise results, and progress.
- Payment information: subscription and transaction details from app stores and payment processors. We don’t receive your full payment card number.
- Communications: support requests, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information: features used, screens and pages viewed, clicks, taps, session activity, and the ads, links, or campaigns that brought you to the Services.
- Device information: IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, app version, device and advertising identifiers (where your settings allow), crash reports, and diagnostics.
Information from other sources
- Content at links you submit: when you submit a link, we retrieve the content available there (such as text, transcripts, and metadata) to fulfill your request.
- Partners: sign-in providers, app stores, payment processors, and analytics and marketing partners, which may tell us things like your sign-in details, purchase status, age range, parental-consent status, or which ad led you to the Services.
Information we generate: AI outputs (such as summaries, explanations, lessons, and feedback) and inferences about your interests, preferences, and learning needs.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide the Services: process your links and content, generate outputs, personalize your experience, remember your history and progress, and process payments.
- Improve and develop the Services: understand how the Services are used, evaluate and improve output quality, build new features, and train and improve our AI models.
- Communicate with you: send service messages, respond to requests, and send marketing, which you can opt out of.
- Market the Services: promote the Services and measure how well our marketing and ads work.
- Keep the Services safe and lawful: prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Other purposes we describe when we collect the information, or with your consent.
We may combine information across Sharpana and Zairai, and with information from other sources, for these purposes.
De-identified information. We may de-identify or aggregate information and use it for any purpose. We maintain and use de-identified information without attempting to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.
3. AI features
Our AI features use third-party AI model providers. When you use them, the links, content, and messages you submit, plus relevant context such as your history and progress, are sent to these providers to generate responses. These providers may keep information for limited periods, for example to monitor for abuse, under their own terms and our agreements with them.
We record and store your conversations, content, and outputs to provide features such as history, memory, and personalization. Our personnel and contractors may review them as needed to provide support, troubleshoot, keep the Services safe, improve quality, and comply with law.
Model training. We may use your content, conversations, outputs, and feedback to train and improve our AI models. Where required by law, you can opt out of this use by contacting us.
Sensitive information. The Services don’t require sensitive information, such as health, financial account, or government ID details, so please don’t include it unless you need to. If you do, we’ll process it as described in this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Content about others and sharing. Only submit content about other people if you have the right to do so. If you share content, for example through a share link, anyone with access can view it.
Accuracy. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you shouldn’t rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
4. How we share information
We share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, such as cloud hosting, AI model, analytics, customer support, communications, payment, and security providers, including providers of SDKs in our apps.
- Advertising and marketing partners, such as ad platforms and attribution providers, to promote the Services and measure our marketing. Under some laws this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising”; see Section 7 to opt out.
- Affiliates, meaning current or future parent companies, subsidiaries, and companies under common control with Mrble.
- Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, including during negotiations.
- Authorities and others when we believe it’s reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to government requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mrble, our users, or others.
- Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.
We require our service providers, advertising and marketing partners, and affiliates to provide the same or equal protection of personal information as described in this policy. We may share de-identified or aggregated information under terms that prohibit re-identification.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Services, remember your preferences, understand usage, and measure and improve our marketing. These partners may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites and apps.
You can manage cookies in your browser and limit ad tracking in your device settings, for example by declining tracking requests on iOS or deleting your advertising ID on Android. Some features may not work without certain technologies.
We don’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by law, we treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser or device.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, such as meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, and enforcing our agreements. How long depends on the type of information, why we collected it, and what the law requires.
Content and conversations are generally kept until you delete them or your account. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. De-identified information may be kept indefinitely, and to the extent permitted by law, deleting information doesn’t affect AI models already trained using it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can manage, delete, and request access to your information as described below.
Your account and content. You can access and update your account information and delete content in the apps. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time through your settings or by contacting us, though some features may then be unavailable.
Deleting your account. You can delete your Sharpana (Boilit) or Zairai account in the app’s account settings, or by emailing privacy@mrble.ai from the email address on your account. We then delete or de-identify your account information, content, and conversations within a reasonable period, generally within 90 days.
We may keep information we need for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting purposes, and copies in backups until they’re overwritten on their normal schedule. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel those in your app store settings.
Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them and turn off push notifications in your device settings. We may still send you service messages.
Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access or get a copy of your personal information;
- correct or delete it;
- opt out of targeted advertising, “sales” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal our decision on your request.
We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Making a request. Email privacy@mrble.ai to exercise any of these rights; because the Services are offered only online, email is our designated method for requests. You can also opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising through Global Privacy Control as described in Section 5.
We may verify your identity, for example by confirming access to your account email, and an authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows, with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line. We may decline or limit requests as permitted by law.
8. Age requirements and teens
You must be at least 13 to use the Services, and if you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we’ll delete it and may close the account. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at privacy@mrble.ai.
Regardless of anything else in this policy, for users we know are under 18, we don’t sell their personal information, use it for targeted advertising, use it to train AI models, or send them marketing emails or notifications, unless they choose to opt in. We use age information to apply these protections, tailor the Services, and comply with law, and we use age signals that app stores may share with us, such as age range and parental-consent status, only as the law allows.
If you’re under 18, you can remove content you’ve posted or shared through the Services by deleting it in the app, or ask us to remove it by emailing privacy@mrble.ai. Removal may not be complete, for example if others have already copied or reshared it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure and we can’t guarantee security. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Where the law requires us to notify you of a security incident, we may do so by email or through the Services.
10. International users
Mrble is based in the United States, and we and our providers process information in the U.S. and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours.
The Services are not currently offered in, or intended for use in, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, notify you of material changes, for example by email or in the Services. If you keep using the Services after an update takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
12. Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to your privacy or this policy is subject to our Terms of Service, including its dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action waiver, and limitation-of-liability terms.
